March 10, 2022, Chisinau — Starting from March 10, the WWW.novoe.info Emotional Support Service is open to Ukrainian citizens as refugees, located in any part of the world, and for residents in their homeland. The service is created by the Moldovan public organization «Altruism».
The service is provided free of charge, its purpose is to provide emotional support to the population of Ukraine from anywhere in the world.
The Service’s consultants are psychologists and mental health professionals with extensive work experience. Specialists are engaged on a volunteer basis. Currently, 13 volunteers speak Russian or/and Ukrainian from 7 countries: Moldova, Ukraine, USA, Norway, Kazakhstan, Romania, and Canada. The number of consultants is constantly increasing.
